Secret's Evaluation
The project was about making a video about anything as long as it has, at least, one secret.
I have researched films and tv series that have secrets in them I find this research was easy because it I researched shows and tv series that I have watched. I have also watched 'The Truth About Meeting Women' by TJ Minsy and 'Ashes' by Sophie Black.
I found watching these videos helped me with how to get great camera angles I also have learned that the best short films have the best story involved by watching these videos I have improved my critical view and how to take good camera shots
I have also researched different key terminology like how the market research works and quantitative and qualitative results are I found that researching these helped me plan my project very well
I have also studied how to make a good survey it can be quite hard to male a good survey because you need to ask the right questions because if you do not you might upset the person who is viewing the survey I did this once by asking are you male or female this did not go too well because what if the person is transgender and you have to take into account people ages and see if they can read your survey appropriately I have also learnt what stereotypes are because I did not know about and I was stereotyping on people without myself knowing i have learned that looks can be deceiving and you can allocate a good DVD to some if you know what there into so I can make good recommendations for others now
planning I have planned out thuraly how I am going to film by having a detailed plan about how the actors are going to act so I came up with a storyboard of all the details of camera shots and expressions and where people are going to stand
I also came up with some ideas of a film and then I wrote a proposal I found writing a proposal was easy because I know what I was going to write I also done a location recce so we know and the college knows where we are and I have also made a planning sheet for consent of the adults and the students sign so that they are in safe keeping
my group tried a lot of new camera shots because we wanted to try some new camera shots we did a camera shot of someone holding the camera while I was walking they was following we did not use it because we though it was not very effective so we all just decided to use a tripod at the bottom of the hallway looking at me while I was walking away
the final outcome was great either thing I loved the most was the music and it was funny as we aspected I was so thrilled about the outcome we all worked well and we did a lot of production work which helped a lot the only thing I wish that I could change is to try haveing a different group to see what the outcome is there was some malfunctions but we got through it.
overall I think the project was good I loved the filmmaking part bcaus ilove acting and filliming with the camea i wish i could of fillmed but his tim ei was acting but eather way i enjoyed myseklf
my group time manageement was poorbecause people would take work hom and not do it on time
so that was a big issue i wish i have had group
